March 2011: Ohita subsidiary company was established.
August 2008: The fifth call center operated by Japanese operators was established in Beijing, China.
November 2007: The fifth call center operated by Japanese operators was established in Bangkok, Thailand.
April 2007: The third call center operated by Japanese operators was established in New Delhi, India.
February 2007: The head office moved to Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
February 2007: It became an official partner of Yokohama FC in J1 League.
December 2006: MPG Hao Chinese Academy was established in Dalian.
October 2006: It changed the name to Masterpiece Group, Inc.
September 2005: The Data Entry Center with a human resources training facility within the site was established under the partnership with the Comprehensive Technical School in Dalian.
April 2005: Was approved as a Honored Company by the Immigration Bureau of Dalian, China.
February 2003: With the support of the government of Dalian, China, the second call center operated by Japanese operators was established in China.
November 2002: It became the first company to acquire Privacy Mark license in the call center industry.
December 2001: It changed the name to Masterpiece Inc., moved to Minami Azabu, Minato-ku, and launched its business under new management.
June 2001: It was separated from Goodwill Group Inc. by M.B.O.
March 1998: It changed the name to Goodwill Communication Ltd. and launched a new business based on telemarketing, database marketing, and creative services.
June 1997: It transferred 100% of the share and became a consolidated subsidiary of Goodwill Inc. (the name changed to Goodwill Group Inc. in May 1999).
February 1995: Goodwill Inc. was established as a subsidiary of Psych, investing in 51% of shares issued.
September 1992: Psych was established (10 million yen capital) to be engaged in marketing business. It proposed a plan for new business as per the request by Kanagawa Shingaku Kenkyukai, Co., Ltd. and through a different division of the said company, it supported the establishment of Fullcast Co., Ltd. in October 1992 and provided comprehensive consulting services for 2 years.
