The factory used to pay an hourly rate of average 1,000 yen to the temporary staffers but it has started hiring regular employees, utilizing “Furisoku” system. The hourly rate has reduced to 750 yen and the factory achieved reducing a significant amount of cost even paying the advertising costs and “Furisoku” charges.
In fact this factory has achieved around 400,000 yen reducing in cost while 1,272 staff members worked this month, among which 1,055 were temporary workers and 217 were regular employees. If the factory switches all the staff members to regular employees, it may be able to reduce as much as 2.7 million yen per month.
The number of application increased 6 times the regional average and the advertising expenses reduced to one-quarter by introducing “Furisoku” system.

The average unit cost per application in this region is 29,820 yen but by the effect of daily payment the recruitment effect ended more than 9 times the regional average. The center has achieved significant reduction in advertising costs. In addition the daily hourly rate is set as much as 200 yen less than the monthly hourly rate which leads to the reduction of personnel expenses even after the “Furisoku” charges are paid.
Number of application was more than 7 times the normal in Odaiba, one of the areas in Tokyo where it is most difficult to hire employees.

Odaiba in Minato-ku is one of the areas in Tokyo where hiring part-timers is most difficult but the steakhouse attracted a large number of applicants at more than 7 times the average unit cost (advertising expense divided by the number of application).
This house, in particular, used to suffer from not being able to attract more than 2 to 3 applicants each time it placed job ads. However, it received 18 applications due to the daily payment effect of “Furisoku” and was able to hire 8 applicants.
