Announcement on the base date for convening extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Masterpiece Group Inc. announces that, in order to identify the shareholders eligible for exercising the right during the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting to be held in August 2008, it has designated the shareholders listed or recorded on the final shareholders list and the actual shareholders list as of Tuesday, July 29, 2008, the base date set by the Group as the shareholders eligible for exercising such right.
