Announcement on the base date for share split-up

Dear Shareholders,

Masterpiece Group Inc. announces that it has designated the shareholders listed or recorded on the final shareholders list and the actual shareholders list as of Sunday, August 31, 2008, the base date set by the Group (substantially, however, Friday, August 29, 2008 as the base date is the non-business day of the manager of such lists) as the shareholders eligible for the allocation of 20 shares per one share held by share split-up.
