Our Dalian Call Center is the first Japanese outsourcing call center in China that has launched its services in April 2003, leveraging the differences in prices between Japan and China to reduce cost incurred by our clients. Although located in Dalian, China, the Call Center is operated only by Japanese operators responding to our clients with the same level of quality in Japanese as these offered in Japan, while offering our services at low prices. We have also opened a similar Call Center in India in April 2007 to respond to the needs of more clients. Our Call Centers in China and India offer a consistent quality of services.
