Notice of establishing a Ohita subsidiary company.

On 28th Mar 2011, we have decided to spin off our Oita operation which was started on Sep 2008 by setting up a 100% subsidiary “MPG Ohita BPO-Center Inc” from our headquarters Masterpiece Group Inc (HQ: Minato-ku Tokyo, Representative: Takashi Fushimi).
We have established the Ohita Center in order to expand our capacity and seeking better price in Sep 2008. In Nov 2009, we start our new incentive reward outbound service. From now we are considering to further expand our outbound service and expand the inbound service as well.
