Job Description Set up and operation of call centers for various businesses, making proposal plans and promoting outsourcing services. Telemarketing sales directed to Client’s cost-cutting / logistics / coordinating with customer relationship management department and project proposals
Marketing and Sales promotion of call center outsourcing services to client companies

Job Description
  1. Staff to set up Philippine Call Center and candidate Manager
  2. Global Sales and Marketing Staff
  • Successful candidates will undergo training for 6 to 12 months at the Tokyo head office (Period of training will depend on skills) after which the entrant is scheduled for assignment to an overseas post (in the Philippines, US or China). The company may also assign overseas directly after hiring..
  • During training, you are expected to: perform call agent duties, manage data results & figures, supervise staff, and improve operations.
  • The objective overseas is to setup and run a new call center and obtain new clients.
Required Skills
  • No experience necessary
  • Any of the following language skills:
    1. Native Level Tagalog / English / Japanese Trilingual
    2. Native level Chinese / English Bilingual (Japanese a plus)
    3. Native English Level / Japanese Bilingual
  • Applicants with prior experience opening offices in the Philippines are welcome.
Conditions
  • Permanent (Duration: unspecified)
  • Probation period
  • Salary 2.8M—4.5M JPY (applicable only to head office hires)
  • Monthly salary system
  • Commutation allowance (complete coverage)
  • Overtime pay (Discretionary Labor; salary including 30 hours of overtime pay)
